Kabalarian philisophy

Came across the kabalarian philisophy. At first reading I thought this is very strange. Until I entered my name. This is what it came up with...
While the name Rebekah creates the urge to create harmony with people, we call attention to the fact that it causes a restless intensity that defies relaxation. This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the fluid systems, and solar plexus.
Your name of Rebekah creates a desire for association with people and new experiences, many of which have been rather bitter. This name has given you a gregarious personality and a quick-thinking, creative, and versatile nature, but one that is very emotional. You desire change and travel and would enjoy opportunities that allowed you to be creative and to act independently, rather than to conform to system and routine. However, this name does not allow you to complete your undertakings, as farther fields always look greener.

I was taken aback when I read this. Normally in these cute little games we play to predict a person's personality I will just laugh and have a good time with. This actually shocked me. So much so I started putting other people's names in to see if they might actually be similar to the person. I was not to be dissappointed. I have boldened points which especially struck me. We shouldn't throw ideas like this out just because they seems unusual to us. Medicine came to mankind slowly as ideas that turned out to be scientifically viable. And even those practices that haven't been proven are often given more than adequate results. Unfortunately this can become religion to some. Anyways, it definitely is a curio. I would be interested in where the mathematical formula is found in these names. How was it formed? I have found explanations of how the mathematics can be used but nowhere on how the mathematics is performed.

Guess who?

Behold now the hope or desire of going back to one's own country or returning to primal chaos, like that of the moth to the light, of the man who with perpetual longing alway looks forward with joy to each new spring and each new summer....deeming that the things he longs for are too slow in coming; and who does not percieve that he is longing for his own destruction. But this longing is in its quintessence the spirit of the elements, which, finding itself imprisoned within the life of the human body, desires continually to return to its source. And I have you know that this longing is in its quintessence inherent in nature.....
Hey ya'll chunks and nuggets. I have some good news. Beka lives in a tv sitcom. Now I know some of yall would think this is quite ridiculous. Especially those of you with morals. But then you all arent reading this. So it goes along the lines of one of those gigs where there are individuals GIS. All day they seem to be doing the same thing over and over which drives me to believe that we are not really here....that our bodies tell us we are here but in reality there is no reality. It is all a hoax driven by those lights in the sky. Losing my sanity in the sky. Every morning I rise up in box until the light flashes...12...12...12 in monotony fit for a queen. A leprachaun delivers what used to be important to what now is the pit of destruction. All rise to the power of the machine. By using the manufactured we destoy the manufacturer. Down with the global fibers. So you get the idea.

Christmas with the Wisdom's Posted by Hello

Ahhh survival of the fittest. A family of punsters joining with a family of worse punsters and then adding a few hundred green and red papers to the mess. Mess yes, that is what we all live in most of the time. But then time is a strange thing to think about. Is time like space in that it has no beginning or end. Or did it begin at creation and will end? So if we learn to travel in time will the next step be to travel out of time. And so time goes on while I continue to rant about the time that passes. But if you were to try to explain time to an alien that had no sense of time how would you do it? Funny how we can say a person has no sense of time. Maybe that is how we would show an alien. The light stays on. It is yellow and does not flicker. Star Trek lives on. But not in this reality. Only in our visual and auditory senses. Our other senses tell us it does not. Thank goodness. So now Leonardo calls us back to our senses.

One Christmas Eve

He was a loving father
Gentle master of his home
But all alone against their love for God
No Savior of his own
Unmoved and softly cynical of those he thought naive
God come to earth? A virgin birth?
No, how could anybody believe?
His Christmas evening solitaire
Beside the fire's glow
Out of the window tiny sparrows
In the spell of chilling snow
And moved with deep compassion
With a redeeming plan he rose
And tried in vain to gather them
To a shelter from the killing winter cold
Oh, but simple creature seldom comprehend the ways of man
Sometimes love expressed is never met with doubt and fear
He thought if I could only fly among you
I know I could make you understand
Just for a moment walk beside you, I know it would all be clear
And even before the thought had left his mind
Christmas bells from far away
Reminded him of simple truth he'd denied until that very day
How Jesus was born the Savior
Walked this earth with mortal man
Another soul brought safely home
And Christmas would never be the same again.

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.
You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an eel.
Mr. Grinch.

You're a bad banana
With a greasy black peel.

You're a monster, Mr. Grinch.
Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders,
You've got garlic in your soul.
Mr. Grinch.

I wouldn't touch you, with a

LAST DAY OF CLASSES.....HOOZAH!!!!

OK....like...im wired man..like wired. I have no idea like why. I guess like it may be cause like it was like my last day of classes...like. And I finished all my like papers and projects ...OK like maybe they were 4 hours late but like I got them done anyways. Ok enough with the like. I can only like stand that for so long. OK OK ill stop..man.....like take it easy.
So anyways after my last project was turned in I said ...man...i need a phone. So to my trusty steed I went and rode into town. OK my Honda. And there I bought a cell phone. Well so ya'll know how some people like to have a cell phone around in case their car breaks down. Well my car just thinks this is the reason for cell phones. Less than a mile from the store....o crap....my comma key stopped working...ok from here on after this is a comma : / .....so anyways....i am driving away from the birthplace of my cell phone and all the sudden....there are blue/red/orange/purple/fuschia/burgandy/violet/banana/olive/kermit green sparks all in my rear view mirror and the brush on the side of the road catches on fire. I grab my gear to put out the fire...but I have no gear. Wait this isnt right...ok let me backtrack.....im was driving away from the birthplace of my cell phone and all of the sudden my car is scraping the road. No/ i didnt miracuously gain 200 pounds. My muffler fell off. So luckily I wasnt in the middle of nowhere and was able to walk to a store to get some wire. After rigging the piece of rubbish back on my car I drove my new hot rod around town. Man I love that sound!!!!
Oh yeah and so this begins my life in the 21st century and watch out ALL/ for I now am capable of contacting you at anytime. :)

La Ti Da....JoeOliviaBeka is now insane. We are the lone souls that still remain in the comfy computer lab at 11 at night working our hearts out on making the perfect maps. Computer adds data, takes out data..Joe throws chair.
On my 15th hour of work today. Lets see..that makes 14 for Monday, 14 for Tuesday, and 15 for Wenesday.....so that means....wait isnt this illegal of something. Thats 43 hours in 3 days. Hmm.
Well soon I crash on the floor. Me wont go home tonight. Me have to be here too early anyways. Me gonna need coffee tomorrow. Me gonna be here maybe 14 hour tomorrow. Is it really almost Thursday?? Hurray!!!

What a beautiful hunk a beef! Posted by Hello

Back in the 'burg

Hey all....its back to the ole grind again after a week of talking to food and eating friends and family. That didnt come out right did it.
Anyways, this week I will be in the computer lab for 12 hours a day and in the soils lab for i'd say another 12 hours a day with the remainder of my time in classes. Funny that doesnt seem right either.
Anyways, I have a watershed managment plan, a farm plan, a park siting project, and a forest harvesting plan to be pretending to work on. And then a few exams to fail. Take. Read. Trash. Oh, gee, something.
Anyways, if y'all dont hear from me you can reach me at Marion Mental Hospital. 276-......crap, i mean you cant reach me.
Anyways, maybe I should stop now.

There is a particular shaman (a shaman is a specialist that uses pyschoactive plants and fungi to further their knowledge or aid in healing) that we have all come to know and love-his name is Santa Claus. Dr. McKenna presented some quite convincing evidence that traces the origins of the Santa myth to Siberian Shamanism, in which Amanita muscaria plays a central role. The Siberian shaman, accompanied by his familiar reindeers, consumes the sacred red and white (Santa’s colors) mushroom and has the experience of flying away into the spirit world. In order to return to this world he has to pass through a long tubular passage (think chimney). The Siberian shaman is often depicted carrying a bag containing his precious mushrooms slung over his shoulders. Well, What do you think? I think I believe in Santa again! Guess What This Is From?

OK...since you all seem to be having trouble with this and Ive only had one stab at it(and that was from some wimp that wouldnt identify himself) Ill give you a hint....It is from a national bestseller.

It is a great wonder how Almighty God in His magnificance favours our race with rank and scope and the gift of wisdom: His sway is wide. Sometimes He allows the mind of a man of distinguished birth to follow its bent, grants him fulfillment and felicity on earth and forts to command in his own country. He permits him to lord it in many lands until the man in his own unthinkingness forgets that it will ever end for him. He indulges his desires; illness and old age mean nothing to him; his mind is untroubled by envy or malice or the thought of enemies with their hate-honed swords.

Virginia Tech SMASHES Maryland!!!!

WOW! What a game and you all know how much of a football fan I am. But I was last night. The more points VT beat MD by the more extra credit points in forest econ. OK so maybe Im not sure if the pro was convinced of that deal, but hey all I have to do now is convince him that we did convince him. So now that MD is under submission, I will be headed there this afternoon. YEEEEEHHHAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Senioritis Reigns Supreme!

Two weeks ago I left my lucky pen in Meadowview. Since then I have come treacherously close to failing two exams; my car is acting up; the deer are running in front of me when I am in my car but not when I have a rifle: and, I had forgotten that I had work to do. So this weekend I was able to recover my lucky pen. Suddenly I remembered that I had four final projects with very little time to do them. Panic set in. Sleep has not been found, so, therefore, the coffee has. Now I must work and make a few bucks, because.............MARYLAND, HERE I COME!!!! (3 days)

EAT LOCAL!!!!

It's estimated that the elements of a basic North American meal travel 2,400 km (1,500 miles).

The Joys of November

Am I the only one that has forgotten the joys of winter initiation . This is when you wake up knowing full well that it is freezing outside(literally) and, so, you dig up some winter clothes that you hadn't bothered to unpack yet hoping that the warm weather would stay a bit longer... even though you kinda like cold weather. Then you rush out to your car in a hurry 'cause you are late You jump into your car and suddenly "My eyes!" Oh wait that is only the 3 inch frost on the windshield. So out of the car you go and since you didnt carry an ice scraper this summer(although there may have been times when that would be useful) you have to use your fingers to scrape off a 6 inch square section. The you get back in your car and turn the defroster on full blast. In order to back out of the driveway you have to open the car door and look behind so your face is freezing and the rest of you is also 'cause your defroster is still blowing ice cold air. So finally you back out of the driveway and are able to see through the six inches of windshield. As you drive on, you become enraged that the windshield gets all the heat as the living being has to shiver to stay warm. You pull your hands into your sleeves to provide some protection from the iceberg steering wheel. Finally, your mind wanders so you no longer feel the cold. Soon you realize the windshield is cracking because it is still getting the heat and you have become so accustomed to the cold you havent even noticed all the frost is off the windshield and you dont need the defroster anymore. Ahhh, finally .... heat. 3 minutes later you are roasting because of all the clothes you put.

First logging job!

OK this is my first attempt at this new blogging stuff. This is my attempt to show that I truly am a forester. Even if I only log on a computer.

This past weekend was another sister's weekend in which we sisters see how much talking we can do in approximately 48 hours. Luckily the sound of the "Thunderbirds" was able to block out some of non-stop chatter. On Saturday, we four went to see the air and ground show in Camden, South Carolina. Look for our picture on Fox news....."the best picture taken all day" as commented by the cameraman.

A Day in the Life of a Forestry Student

Today turned out to be an excellent day for agriculture and natural resource students. No we didnt get free carharts. We didn't have a beautiful sunny day. Their wasn't even a kegger. But we had a day long vacation. Some blessed construction worker hit a water line which flooded a main electrical breaker on campus. Half the campus was closed down for the entire day. Our side of campus. Of course this was the day I have two classes on the artsy side of campus (no i didnt draw or paint anything), so I still had to stay on campus. But I spent the morning at Starbucks drinking coffee and chiseling away at this enormous block of homework. Funny my car is still weighed down. I also went to the library (a once a semester occurrence..not because I don't like to but because I always come out of their with two armloads of book that I never planned to get and rarely get a chance to read). I even worked out in the gym and slept for the first time this semester (OK..OK that phrase belongs after"in the gym"). So all in all it has been a good day. But because I did not have access to a computer all day I now have to write a report up that is due tomorrow and then begin a paper that is due friday. Oh and for those that are interested, yesterday in my classes I learned that if you plant more trees you will make more money and that if you use> fertilizer you will have bigger trees (meaning more money). Man, what would I do without this college!

The theory

Hey:I have a theory. Oh no, you say??? Well anyways I know you want to hear it. I had a bad night of bad dreams again. As you remember I had a night like this a few weeks ago in which I died in a bad car accident. So my theory is this...that first night when I died in this unfortunate accident...I actually did die... in my sleep. Since then I have been in denial of my untimely death and have been walking on this earth as a ghost. I still go to classes and talk to friends. But in all actuality they are not talking to me I am just imagining it because they don't know I am there. As a ghost I am not seen or heard. But being in this state of denial I insist on continuing this dreadful life of classes, homework, labs, and leaf grinding. So in support of this theory I dreamed again last night. Althought these dreams did not have much significance in and of themselves (just some random stories about aliens taking over the earth) they did have a clue to give me. I DID NOT DIE IN THESE DREAMS. As ghosts do not die, I must already be dead and therefore I am a ghost.I am not sure, since I am a ghost and ghosts are of a different reality than man, but I think I am typing on a tangible computer right now. I think that you WILL recieve my email as it is an object in YOUR reality. This is a deperate plea for help to get me out of this "life" of denial.Beka (but Im not sure if that is my name in this reality..if this is a reality????)
